Kazoo
Kazoo Data can be queried by phone number and will always be associated with a live 911 call.
Use Case
This personal safety app solution connects user-specific location information from the use of a panic button, or the Kazoo app routed through the RapidSOS platform. When a query for Kazoo data is made by phone number (tel://{phone_number}), the call taker should be presented with the list of returned Kazoo records, which can then be shown to the call taker.
Two use case scenarios can occur. These include:
- Use Case 1 - Caller is a person in crisis (PIC)
- Use Case 2 - Caller is emergency contact

If no data is returned by the request, there will be no data returned in the payload.
